Ramifie is a daily crossword-style word puzzle about building one connected grid of valid words.
I am a full-stack developer based in Montréal. I build things because I enjoy the process of turning small ideas into something concrete and well-crafted. Ramifie started as a side project - the kind you work on slowly, in the evenings or between other work, simply because the idea won't leave you alone.

The name comes from the words ramify and ramification, both of which describe the act of branching, spreading, or developing outward from a core.
That idea felt like a natural fit.
When I was thinking about what this game actually asks you to do, it wasn't just about finding words. It was about how those words grow, how they branch, and how each new choice affects the structure of everything around it.
In Ramifie, words don't exist on their own. Every word becomes part of a larger whole. Each placement creates new possibilities - and new constraints - much like branches extending from a trunk.
The name Ramifie is a deliberate variation rather than a direct dictionary word. It keeps the meaning and feeling of ramify, while becoming something distinct: a name tied specifically to this game and its mechanics.
